About Colleen
With a career beginning at one of Chicago’s top-leading and award-winning PR agencies- what began as an internship quickly became a passion for Colleen! As a young professional, her background lies in a variety of successful, large-scale PR, marketing, social media campaigns and events such as the Werther’s Original National Caramel Day (2017 & 2018), the Great Keller's Creamery Egg Hunt and Borden Cheese Home for the Holidays.
Colleen has worked on a wide variety of clients within the CPG and hospitality industries including Borden® Cheese, Keller’s Creamery, Master of Mixes, Great Wolf Resorts, Werther’s Original, Orville Redenbacher and more!
Receiving a degree in Public Relations from Illinois State University, Colleen also learned to think like a journalist during her internship at TV10- News in Bloomington-Normal, where she reported on all major stories. The skills she learned landed her an impressive roster of secured client coverage in media outlets like Huffington Post, In Style, Chicago Tribune and USA Today.
Most recently, Colleen has worked in health care marketing for 4 years, responsible for strategic membership engagement, marketing communication strategies, and ongoing media management, while promoting the brand.
When not working, Colleen loves checking out new restaurants, exploring Chicago’s unique neighborhoods, and cheering on the Chicago Cubs.
